Master Mind (comics)

Master Mind is the codename used by multiple characters in Marvel Comics, primarily villains, who possess the ability to manipulate the minds of others. The ability is generally achieved through telepathy or other forms of psychic control, allowing them to create illusions, influence thoughts, and control actions.

The most notable Master Mind is Jason Wyngarde, a mutant with the power to project incredibly realistic illusions directly into the minds of others. Wyngarde, as Master Mind, was a member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants and later the Inner Circle of the Hellfire Club, where his illusions played a key role in their machinations, particularly against Jean Grey (Phoenix). He is frequently associated with the X-Men.
