Lewis H. Brown (American football)

Lewis H. Brown was an American football coach. He served as the head football coach at Southwestern College—now known as Southwestern Oklahoma State University—in Weatherford, Oklahoma from 1917 to 1921. During his tenure at Southwestern, he compiled a record of 14–15–3. He was also a professor and coach at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.
