Lauren Williams (footballer)

Lauren Williams is a Welsh international footballer who plays as a defender. She currently plays for Brighton & Hove Albion in the Women's Super League (WSL).

Williams began her career at Cardiff City Ladies before moving to Reading Women in 2016. She spent several seasons with Reading, establishing herself as a key player. In 2022, she signed for Brighton & Hove Albion.

Williams has represented Wales at various youth levels before making her senior debut. She has since become a regular in the Welsh national team, earning numerous caps and participating in international competitions. She is known for her strong tackling, aerial ability, and defensive awareness. Her contributions have been vital to both club and country.
