Kulivtsi

Kulivtsi is a town located in Chernivtsi Oblast, Ukraine. It is situated in the historical region of Bukovina. Administratively, Kulivtsi serves as the administrative center of the Kulivtsi urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. The town is primarily known as an agricultural center. Historical records concerning Kulivtsi are limited, but it shares much of its history with the broader Bukovina region, having been under various empires and nations throughout its past, including the Austro-Hungarian Empire and Romania, before becoming part of Ukraine. Its population is primarily Ukrainian.
