Dzirciems

Dzirciems is a neighborhood located in the Pārdaugava district of Riga, Latvia. It is situated on the left bank of the Daugava River, bordering the neighborhoods of Iļģuciems to the west, Imanta to the northwest, Kleisti to the north, and Ķīpsala and Āgenskalns to the east.

The name "Dzirciems" translates roughly to "Mill Village," likely referring to mills that once operated in the area, utilizing the water resources.
