Kisongo

Kisongo is a Maasai sub-section or clan, primarily located in northern Tanzania. It is one of the largest and most influential of the Maasai sections. The Kisongo are known for their cattle herding traditions, strong cultural identity, and presence in various administrative and political roles within Maasai territories.
