Kallu (film)

Kallu is a 1975 Indian Malayalam-language film directed by P. A. Backer. It is known for its realistic portrayal of poverty and social issues in Kerala, focusing on the lives of quarry workers. The film stars M. V. Vasudevan Nair, Shobha, and Vembayam Raju. Kallu (meaning "stone" in Malayalam) received critical acclaim and won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Malayalam.
