St. Lenox

St. Lenox is the stage name of Sean Michael Lenox, a Korean-American singer-songwriter and composer. Known for his distinct, operatic tenor voice and emotionally resonant lyrics, St. Lenox blends indie pop, classical music, and soul influences in his work.

St. Lenox grew up in Iowa, where he received classical music training. He later attended the University of Iowa, earning a PhD in mathematics. After completing his studies, he pursued a career in music, releasing his debut album Ten Songs About Memory and Hope in 2015.

His music often explores themes of identity, faith, family, and the immigrant experience. St. Lenox has received critical acclaim for his unique sound and deeply personal storytelling. He has released several albums and EPs, including Between Waves (2016), Immaterial (2019), and We Are the Night (2023).
