Judgement Day (rugby union)

Judgement Day is a series of double-header rugby union matches held annually in Wales. It involves the four Welsh professional regional teams – Cardiff Rugby, Dragons RFC, Ospreys, and Scarlets – playing against each other at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

The concept was introduced in 2012 with the aim of boosting attendance and creating a high-profile event for Welsh regional rugby. All four teams play their 'home' matches at the same venue on the same day, with two matches taking place sequentially.

The matches are usually scheduled towards the end of the United Rugby Championship (URC) regular season. The results of these matches contribute to the teams' overall standings in the URC.

Judgement Day is often one of the best-attended club rugby events in Wales, drawing significant crowds and generating a vibrant atmosphere.
