John W. Thomas (Wisconsin politician)
John W. Thomas (born February 22, 1873, date of death unknown) was an American politician who served in the Wisconsin State Assembly.
Thomas was born in the town of Emerald, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. He received a common school education and became a farmer. He served as chairman of the town of Emerald, as well as a member of the St. Croix County Board.
He was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1922, representing St. Croix County as a Republican. He served one term, from 1923 to 1925. During his term, he was assigned to the Assembly's committee on taxation. His occupation during his time in the legislature was listed as farmer. Information regarding his life and political career after his term in the Assembly is scarce.
