Fools (EP)

Fools (EP) is the debut extended play (EP) by Australian indie pop band Troye Sivan, released on August 14, 2015, independently. The EP served as a transitional project between Sivan's earlier YouTube-driven musical endeavors and his debut studio album, Blue Neighbourhood.

The EP features five tracks, including the title track "Fools," which is a re-recording of a previous version. Fools (EP) explores themes of youth, love, and identity, characteristic of Sivan's later work. It charted in several countries, including the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, providing an early indicator of Sivan's growing mainstream appeal. The success of Fools (EP) led to a record deal with EMI Australia and Capitol Records.
