CHNV-FM

CHNV-FM is a Canadian radio station broadcasting at 106.7 MHz in Vancouver, British Columbia. The station is owned and operated by Rogers Sports & Media. Its format is adult contemporary, branded as "Star 106.7".

CHNV-FM's studios are located in the Rogers Building at 2440 Ash Street in Vancouver, and its transmitter is located on Mount Seymour.

The station began broadcasting in 1964 as CHQM-FM, sister station to CHQM (AM). Initially, CHQM-FM simulcasted its AM counterpart. Over time, it evolved its own programming, focusing on beautiful music. In the 1980s, the station transitioned to an adult contemporary format.

In 1999, CHQM-FM was rebranded as "Star 106.7" and adopted its current call letters, CHNV-FM. The change reflected the evolution of its target demographic and musical focus. The station primarily targets adults aged 25-54.
