George Worthington (cricketer)
George Worthington (born 7 October 1875, date of death unknown) was an English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Warwickshire between 1901 and 1903.
A right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium-pace bowler, Worthington appeared in 22 first-class matches. He scored 519 runs at an average of 13.28, with a highest score of 61. He took 3 wickets at an average of 43.33, with best figures of 2 for 38.
Little is known of Worthington's life outside of cricket. His appearances for Warwickshire were largely confined to the early part of the seasons and he did not become a regular member of the team.
