Jeff Howe

Jeff Howe is an American journalist, author, and academic known for coining the term "crowdsourcing" in a June 2006 Wired magazine article, "The Rise of Crowdsourcing." He is a contributing editor at Wired and has written extensively on the intersection of technology, business, and culture.

Howe's work explores the ways in which the internet and social media are enabling new forms of collaboration and innovation, often involving large groups of people who may not be traditionally considered experts in a particular field.
