Mike Smith (basketball, born 1997)

Mike Smith (born July 18, 1997) is an American professional basketball player. He primarily plays the point guard position.

Smith played college basketball for the Central Michigan Chippewas from 2016 to 2020. During his time at Central Michigan, he was a key player, known for his scoring ability and playmaking. He earned All-MAC (Mid-American Conference) honors. After his senior year, Smith transferred to Michigan to play his final year of eligibility.

At Michigan, Smith contributed as a reserve point guard and facilitator. He helped the Wolverines to a successful season, reaching the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament in 2021.
