JWH-365

JWH-365 is a synthetic cannabinoid of the naphthoylindole class. It acts as a potent agonist of the CB1 receptor and CB2 receptor. JWH-365 was developed by John W. Huffman's laboratory at Clemson University. It is structurally similar to JWH-018, but with a 4-chlorobenzyl group attached to the indole nitrogen atom. Due to its psychoactive effects and potential for abuse, JWH-365 is often found in synthetic cannabis products, commonly referred to as "spice" or "K2."
