Hino Station (Shiga)

Hino Station is a railway station on the Ohmi Railway Main Line (also known as the Biwako Line) located in Hino, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by Ohmi Railway.

The station has two side platforms serving two tracks. The station building is located adjacent to Platform 1. Typically, Platform 1 is used for trains traveling towards Maibara, while Platform 2 is used for trains traveling towards Kibukawa.

Hino Station is unstaffed. Passengers must purchase tickets from vending machines located within the station building.

The area surrounding Hino Station is primarily residential with some commercial establishments. Hino Town Hall is located relatively close to the station.
