Eugene Martínez (footballer, born 1997)

Eugene Martínez (born August 1, 1997) is a Honduran professional footballer who plays as a defender for Motagua in the Liga Nacional de Honduras.

Career

Martínez began his professional career with Platense F.C. in Honduras. He made his debut in the Liga Nacional de Honduras in 2016. He moved to C.D. Vida in 2019. In 2023, he signed with Motagua.

International Career

Martínez has represented Honduras at the youth international level. He has been called up to the senior Honduras national team.
