Chuck Washington (politician)

Chuck Washington is an American politician in California. He currently serves as a Riverside County Supervisor, representing the Third District. He was appointed to the position in March 2015 by Governor Jerry Brown and has subsequently been elected to full terms.

Prior to his service on the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, Washington served on the Temecula City Council for 16 years, including multiple terms as Mayor. He also served on the Murrieta City Council prior to its incorporation.

Washington is a veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps. He also has a background in aviation as a retired commercial airline pilot. He is a registered Republican. His policy priorities on the Board of Supervisors have included public safety, fiscal responsibility, and transportation improvements within Riverside County.
