John Welborn (representative)

John Welborn is a former Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 63, which includes parts of Posey and Vanderburgh counties. He served from 2010 until his resignation in 2019.

During his time in the Indiana House, Welborn served on several committees, including the Ways and Means Committee. He focused on issues related to fiscal responsibility, economic development, and agriculture.

Welborn resigned from the House of Representatives in September 2019 to accept a position with the Evansville Regional Airport.

Prior to his legislative service, Welborn was involved in farming and business. He is a graduate of Purdue University.
