Chicago station (CTA Blue Line)

Chicago station is a subway station on the Chicago Transit Authority's (CTA) Blue Line. It is located in the Near North Side neighborhood of Chicago, underneath Milwaukee Avenue at Chicago Avenue. The station serves the surrounding commercial and residential areas, and provides connections to several CTA bus routes.

Station Layout:

Chicago station has a single island platform serving trains in both directions. The platform is located below street level. Stairs and elevators provide access to the street level, where fare controls are located.

The station serves trains on the Blue Line, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Trains run frequently during peak hours and less frequently during off-peak hours and overnight.
