Charlie Adams (American football)
Charlie Adams (born June 18, 1979) is a former American football wide receiver. He played college football at Hofstra University.
Adams was signed by the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He was a member of the Patriots' Super Bowl XXXVIII-winning team. He also played for the Cologne Centurions of NFL Europa, the New York Jets, and the Denver Broncos.
Adams was known primarily for his special teams contributions throughout his NFL career. He also saw occasional action as a receiver. He retired from professional football in 2009.
