Charles James (American football)

Charles James (born March 4, 1990) is a former American football cornerback. He played college football at Charleston Southern University.

Professional Career:

James went undrafted in the 2012 NFL Draft. He subsequently signed with the Indianapolis Colts. Throughout his professional career, he was also a member of the New York Giants, Baltimore Ravens, Houston Texans, and Jacksonville Jaguars. While frequently moving between teams' active rosters and practice squads, James was known for his outgoing personality and often colorful sock choices, which garnered him a degree of fan recognition. He was primarily a special teams player and reserve defensive back during his time in the NFL.
