Borivske

Borivske is a town in the Sievierodonetsk Raion, Luhansk Oblast of eastern Ukraine. It is located approximately 18 kilometers northeast of the city of Sievierodonetsk.

Borivske experienced significant damage and displacement of its population during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, as it was situated in an area of intense fighting.

The population of Borivske, according to the 2001 Ukrainian Census, was approximately 6,473. Changes in population figures have occurred since then, particularly due to the conflict in the region.

The town's economy was primarily focused on industrial activities, related to its location in the Donbas region. The specific industries present in Borivske have varied over time.
