Ben Foden
Ben Foden (born July 22, 1985) is an English rugby union player, known primarily for playing fullback or wing.
Foden began his professional career with Sale Sharks before moving to Northampton Saints in 2008, where he spent ten years. During his time at Northampton, he was part of the team that won the Aviva Premiership title in 2014. He also played for Rugby United New York in Major League Rugby (MLR) in the United States.
At the international level, Foden represented England, making his debut in 2009. He played in the 2011 Rugby World Cup and earned over 30 caps for his country. He is known for his attacking flair and speed. Beyond his rugby career, Foden has also participated in reality television programs.
