BK Barons

BK Barons was a professional basketball team based in Riga, Latvia. The team competed in the Latvian Basketball League (LBL) and the Baltic Basketball League (BBL).

Founded in 2005, BK Barons initially rose to prominence within Latvian basketball, becoming a significant contender in the LBL. The team's success culminated in multiple LBL championships, solidifying its position as a top-tier team in Latvia.

The BK Barons also participated in the Baltic Basketball League, competing against teams from other Baltic countries. While they achieved some success in the BBL, they were most known for their presence in the Latvian league.
