Arthur Jones (American football)
Arthur Jones (born March 3, 1986) is a former American football defensive end. He played college football at Syracuse University and was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
Jones played for the Ravens (2010-2013), the Indianapolis Colts (2014-2016), and the Washington Redskins (2017). He won a Super Bowl ring with the Ravens in Super Bowl XLVII.
During his NFL career, Jones was known for his run-stopping ability and versatility along the defensive line. His older brothers, Chandler Jones and Jon Jones, are also professional athletes, playing in the NFL and UFC respectively. After retiring from the NFL, Jones has been involved in coaching and community initiatives. His career was sometimes impacted by injuries and suspensions related to performance-enhancing drugs.
