Alfred Wilson (rower)

Alfred Wilson (1903-1989) was an American rower who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.

Wilson was a member of the American crew that won the gold medal in the eight event at the Paris Olympics. The crew, representing Yale University, defeated Canada in the final. He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and died in West Hartford, Connecticut. Further biographical details are scarce, typical of many amateur athletes of the era.
