Aleksandr Minayev (footballer, born 1958)

Aleksandr Alekseyevich Minayev (Russian: Александр Алексеевич Минаев; born 11 August 1958) is a retired Russian professional footballer.

Minayev primarily played as a midfielder. He is best known for his time with FC Spartak Moscow, where he played from 1978 to 1987. During his tenure with Spartak, he was a key member of the team and contributed to their success in the Soviet Top League. He won the Soviet Top League title with Spartak Moscow in 1979 and 1987.

After leaving Spartak Moscow, Minayev played for other clubs, including FC Lokomotiv Moscow and FC Krasnaya Presnya Moscow.
