Air Bagan

Air Bagan was a privately owned airline based in Yangon, Myanmar. It operated domestic flights to several destinations within Myanmar, as well as international flights to a limited number of destinations, primarily in Southeast Asia.

Founded in 2004, Air Bagan initially operated under a joint venture with a Singaporean company. The airline's fleet consisted of a mix of aircraft, including Airbus A310s, ATR 72s, and Fokker 100s throughout its history.

Air Bagan ceased operations in 2018. Prior to its closure, the airline had faced safety concerns and regulatory challenges. It was placed on a European Union blacklist of airlines banned from operating within EU airspace due to safety deficiencies.

The airline's headquarters were located at Yangon International Airport.
