William Hill (New South Wales politician)
William Hill (1846 – 11 December 1931) was an Australian politician. He was a member of the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1917 to 1931.
Hill was born in Sydney in 1846. He was a woolbroker and businessman. In May 1917, he was appointed to the New South Wales Legislative Council, serving until his death in December 1931. He was a member of the Nationalist Party and supported conservative political positions. His contributions in the Legislative Council primarily focused on matters related to commerce, industry, and land use within New South Wales.
