Hienheim

Hienheim is a village and a part of the municipality of Neustadt an der Donau in Bavaria, Germany. It is located in the district of Kelheim in Lower Bavaria. Hienheim is situated on the right bank of the Danube river.

Historically, Hienheim is significant as the location of a Roman fort, Ad Abum, along the Ripa Danuvii, the Roman Danube border.
