William Anderson (Ontario MPP)

William Anderson is a Canadian politician who served as a Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. He represented the riding of Durham for the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario.

Anderson was first elected in the 2018 Ontario general election, defeating the incumbent, Granville Anderson of the Liberal Party. During his time in office, he served on various legislative committees and advocated for issues relevant to his constituents in Durham, including transportation infrastructure, economic development, and agricultural interests.

In the 2022 Ontario general election, Anderson was defeated by Todd McCarthy of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario in the redistributed riding of Durham.
