Silverjet was a British business class-only airline that operated scheduled services between London Luton Airport and several business destinations in Europe and the United States.

History: Silverjet was founded in 2006 by Lawrence Hunt and commenced operations in January 2007. The airline aimed to provide a premium travel experience targeted at business travellers, offering flat-bed seats, private check-in facilities, and chauffeur services. Destinations served included New York (Newark), Dubai, and a few other European cities.

Business Model: Silverjet differentiated itself through its exclusive focus on business class travel, aiming to attract corporate clients and wealthy individuals. The airline offered competitive fares compared to traditional airlines' business class offerings while maintaining a high level of service. They marketed themselves as a more relaxed and efficient alternative for business travellers.

Fleet: Silverjet operated a fleet of Boeing 767-200ER aircraft configured with all-business class seating.

Closure: Despite its initial success and positive customer reviews, Silverjet ceased operations in May 2008 due to financial difficulties.
