Wagner (Milan Metro)

Wagner is a station on Line 1 (Red Line) of the Milan Metro. It is located on Piazza Wagner in the west of Milan, within the municipality's Zone 7.

The station opened on April 2, 1966, as part of the original section of Line 1 between Pagano and Lotto. It is an underground station with two tracks and two side platforms. The station is named after Piazza Wagner, which in turn is named after the German composer Richard Wagner.
