Waalwijk
Waalwijk is a municipality and a town in the southern Netherlands, located in the province of North Brabant. Historically, Waalwijk was known for its leather and shoe industry. It lies north of the A59 motorway and is part of the region of De Langstraat.
The municipality of Waalwijk also includes the towns and villages of Besoijen, Capelle, and Sprang-Capelle.
Waalwijk is home to RKC Waalwijk, a professional football club that plays in the Eredivisie, the highest professional football league in the Netherlands.
