Babu Paul
Babu Paul (1941-2018) was an Indian civil servant, economist, and writer from Kerala. He was a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), belonging to the Kerala cadre. He held numerous key positions in the Kerala government, including Chief Secretary, a role he held until his retirement.
Babu Paul was known for his deep knowledge of the Kerala economy and his administrative skills. He played a significant role in the planning and implementation of various development projects in the state. He also served as a member of the State Planning Board.
