Kaushal Kishore (politician)

Kaushal Kishore (born January 25, 1960) is an Indian politician belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He currently serves as the Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs in the Government of India. He represents the Mohanlalganj constituency in the Lok Sabha, having been elected in 2014 and re-elected in 2019.

Prior to his parliamentary career, Kishore was involved in state-level politics in Uttar Pradesh. He has held various positions within the BJP at the state and national levels. He is known for his work on Dalit welfare and has been a vocal advocate for the rights of marginalized communities. He has also been involved in initiatives related to de-addiction and awareness programs against drug abuse. His political career has been marked by his focus on social justice and community service.
