WWE WrestleMania 21 is a professional wrestling video game released in 2005 by THQ, based on the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) professional wrestling promotion. It was developed by Studio Gigante for the Xbox and released in North America on April 12, 2005, and in Europe on April 29, 2005.

The game features a roster of WWE Superstars and Legends from the Raw and SmackDown! brands active at the time. It offers a variety of match types, including singles, tag team, triple threat, Fatal Four-Way, Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, and Hell in a Cell. A main focus of the game is the "Road to WrestleMania" mode, which allows players to create a custom wrestler and guide them through the WWE ranks to compete in the main event of WrestleMania 21.

Key features of the game included improved graphics, a new stamina system affecting wrestler performance, and the ability to perform mid-air grapples. The game also featured voice commentary from WWE commentators Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler.
