Trijicon

Trijicon, Inc. is an American manufacturer of optical sights and aiming systems for firearms, primarily for military, law enforcement, and civilian markets. The company is headquartered in Wixom, Michigan.

Trijicon is best known for its Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight (ACOG), a telescopic sight commonly used on rifles. Other prominent products include reflex sights, iron sights, and thermal optics. Many of their sights utilize tritium illumination, a self-luminous radioactive isotope of hydrogen, to provide reticle visibility in low-light conditions without requiring batteries. Trijicon also produces a range of variable power riflescopes, miniature reflex sights (MRDS), and other optical accessories.

The company has been involved in some controversies, including an incident in 2010 where the company inscribed biblical references on the sights sold to the U.S. military. This practice was later discontinued.

Trijicon products are widely used by various military and law enforcement agencies worldwide, as well as by competitive shooters and hunters.
