Thomas Street (judge)

Thomas Street (1880-1951) was an Australian judge. He served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of New South Wales from 1930 to 1950. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Street was a prominent barrister and King's Counsel. He was known for his expertise in equity law. His legal career spanned several decades and he contributed significantly to the jurisprudence of New South Wales during his time on the Supreme Court. He was the son of Sir Philip Whistler Street, who also served as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
