Tess (singer)
Tess Mattisson (born 31 January 1977), known professionally as Tess, is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She is best known for her Eurodance and pop music, particularly her work in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Tess gained initial recognition as a member of the Swedish Eurodance group La Cream, where she was a vocalist. After La Cream disbanded, she embarked on a solo career.
Her solo career took off with the release of singles such as "Singles", "Justify My Love" (a Madonna cover), and "Wonderful". These tracks were characterized by their catchy melodies and strong dance beats, establishing her as a prominent figure in the Swedish and European dance music scene.
Tess has released several albums and singles throughout her career. While she remained active in the music industry after her initial success, her later work did not achieve the same level of mainstream popularity as her earlier hits. She continues to perform and release music.
