Paul Thomas (basketball)

Paul Thomas is a retired American professional basketball player. He played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for eight seasons, from 1980 to 1988. A 6'9" forward, Thomas played college basketball at the University of California, Berkeley. He was drafted by the New Jersey Nets with the 10th overall pick in the 1980 NBA draft. He played for the Nets for five seasons, followed by stints with the New York Knicks, Phoenix Suns, and Los Angeles Clippers.
