Terry Flanagan (born 11 June 1989) is a British former professional boxer who competed from 2009 to 2019. He held the WBO lightweight title from 2015 to 2017.

Flanagan, nicknamed "Turbo," hails from Manchester, England. He turned professional in 2009 and quickly established himself on the British boxing scene. He is a southpaw fighter known for his high work rate and relentless pressure.

His career highlight came in 2015 when he won the vacant WBO lightweight title against José Zepeda after Zepeda suffered a shoulder injury. Flanagan defended the title five times against Diego Magdaleno, Derry Mathews, Mzonke Fana, Petr Petrov and Orlando Cruz.

He relinquished the WBO title in 2017 to pursue other opportunities. He unsuccessfully challenged for the vacant WBO super-lightweight title against Maurice Hooker in 2018, losing by split decision. Flanagan fought once more in 2019 before announcing his retirement from professional boxing.
