Allan Stewart (musician)
Allan Stewart is a Scottish musician, best known as the guitarist for the indie rock band The Bathers.
Stewart joined The Bathers, fronted by Chris Thomson, in the late 1980s and was a key member of the band throughout their most successful period. His guitar work contributed significantly to the band's distinctive sound, characterized by melancholic melodies and atmospheric arrangements. He played on several of The Bathers' albums, including Sweet Deceit (1993), Lagoon Blues (1994), Kelvingrove Baby (1997), and Pandora's Box (1999).
Beyond his work with The Bathers, Stewart has been involved in other musical projects, although details of these are less widely documented. He remains active in the Scottish music scene.
