Wakala (roller coaster)

Wakala is a steel family roller coaster located in Toverland, a theme park in the Netherlands. Opened in 2018 as part of the park's new "Avalon" area, Wakala is designed to appeal to a wide range of ages and thrill levels. It's known for its smooth ride, moderate speed, and family-friendly theme, inspired by the legend of Merlin and the mythical island of Avalon.

Wakala features two lift hills and a series of gentle twists, turns, and drops. While not considered an extreme coaster, it provides a fun and engaging experience for families and younger riders. Its placement within the Avalon area, alongside other themed attractions and landscaping, contributes to its overall immersive quality. The ride is manufactured by Gerstlauer Amusement Rides GmbH.
