Surajgarh
Surajgarh is a town and a municipality in Jhunjhunu district in the state of Rajasthan, India. It is located approximately 170 kilometers from Delhi.
Historically, Surajgarh was a part of the Shekhawati region, known for its painted Havelis. The town derives its name from the fort, Surajgarh Fort, which was built in 1730 by Thakur Suraj Mal of the Shekhawat clan.
