Shoma Uno

Shoma Uno (宇野 昌磨, Uno Shōma, born December 17, 1997) is a Japanese figure skater. He is the 2022 World champion, the 2018 Olympic silver medalist, the 2017 Four Continents champion, and a four-time (2016–2019) Japanese national champion.

Uno is also a two-time (2015, 2019) World silver medalist, the 2018 Grand Prix Final silver medalist, and a three-time (2015, 2016, 2017) World Junior medalist. Throughout his career, he has been known for his artistry, skating skills, and consistency in international competitions. He is coached primarily by Stéphane Lambiel.
