This is a list of notable individuals whose family names start with the letter "M" and who lived during the Three Kingdoms period (220–280 AD) of Chinese history, or who were significant figures in the events leading up to or immediately following this period. This list includes individuals from the states of Cao Wei, Shu Han, Eastern Wu, and other minor factions or independent forces.

Ma Chao (馬超): A renowned general serving under various warlords before joining Liu Bei. Known for his martial prowess and nicknamed "Ma Mengqi."

Ma Dai (馬岱): A general serving under Shu Han, and a distant relative of Ma Chao. He is credited with assassinating Wei Yan.
