Sezemice (Mladá Boleslav District)

Sezemice is a municipality and village in the Mladá Boleslav District of the Central Bohemian Region in the Czech Republic. It is located approximately 14 kilometers (9 miles) northeast of Mladá Boleslav.

The municipality covers an area of approximately 4.02 square kilometers (1.55 square miles) and as of 2023, has a population of around 250.
